Introduction: NAGK is a member of the eukaryotic-type N-acetylglucosamine kinase family. NAGK is a prominent salvage enzyme of amino sugar metabolism in mammals. NAGK cooperates with STK16 and LNX1 and has ManNAc kinase activity
